Pet Policy
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) and $30 per month pet rent. There is a weight limit of 85 pounds per pet, and breed restrictions do apply.
Property Fees
Application Fee - $50 per applicant
Administrative Fee - $150.00
Security Deposit - $400 (depending upon credit approval)
